Warranty Claim Process Overview
All nebulizers come with a 3-Month Warranty1 against manufacturing defects. To obtain warranty service, please fill out this form with your order number and an explanation of your issue (uploading a video showing the issue can expedite the process). Once your request is received, our customer service team will work with you to troubleshoot the issue.
For any covered manufacturing defect, ProNebu will repair or, at our sole discretion, replace the nebulizer. Warranty coverage may require you to return your original product. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return products for repair or replacement.
Step 1 – Fill Out Warranty Claim Form
Confirm your product is within the warranty period.1 If it is, fill out the form found here . Uploading a video showing the issue can expedite the process of troubleshooting and may eliminate the need for you to return your product.
Step 2 – Troubleshooting Process
Once you have filled out the form, our customer service will get in contact with you to provide troubleshooting steps. The customer service team may require additional information about the issue in order to complete the troubleshooting process.
Step 3 – Product Return For Inspection and Repair
If our team is unable to find a solution during the troubleshooting process, you may be required to return your product. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Please send the product to the following address (please include your order #) To ensure sanitization, please do not send your mouthpiece, masks, and cord.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Once your shipment is received, please allow one-two week(s) for testing and repairs.
Step 4 – Warranty Fulfillment
As soon as the testing and repair process is complete, your repaired or replacement product will be shipped via standard shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returns/Refunds
Our money-back refund policy lasts 30 days from delivery. After 30 days from the date your product is delivered, we cannot offer a refund (you may still be eligible for Warranty coverage, see above).
The ProNebu Portable Nebulizer is shipped medically sterile. Returns of used products must be re-sterilized or discarded. Therefore, to be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must also be in their original, unopened packaging, with box seal intact. If you are seeking a refund for a product that has been opened, your return may be subject to a $25 re-sterilization fee.
Situations for which only partial refunds may be given include:
- Any item not in its original, unused condition
- Missing parts not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and the product inspected, we will notify you by email as to your refund status.Any re-sterilization fee will be subtracted from any applicable refunds.
Approved refunds will automatically be processed back to the original method of payment within 15 days of approval.
